PsA

I was working 12-14 hours shift 3 years back which gave me a bad heel pain but reduced with nsaids and soft shoes. Now again i have this pain accompanied with sudden sharp pain in different joints of my body which comes and goes in minutes. The pain was more when I had a viral fever few days back. There's no swelling or stiffness but my heel pains when I walk too much on hard floor. Should I get evaluated for PsA? I have pso for 20 years.
