Beta Limbo

I had my first beta yesterday at 8dp5dt, and it came in at 35.91. My clinic likes to see it above 30, so they’re very happy with my number and I go back tomorrow to make sure it has doubled. I’m so happy that I’m pregnant and that no matter what, I’m pregnant for today- but how do you protect yourself from spiraling over lower starting beta number? I feel like I saw people in the 100’s and am just feeling scared… advice and experiences appreciated 🫶🏻
