I am happy yet I still want to kill myself

I am currently prescribed Seroquel and adderall. Over the past few weeks I really have been feeling so much better, I’ve been a lot happier, I stopped doing heavy drugs, and I really have been productive. It’s just I still think I would be better off dead.
