Are moths harmful for hamsters?

Ive noticed a few moths flying around and sometimes in their cages. I think they might have come from some spays or just from my house. Honestly i dont care about them i delete them as soon as i see them but could they harm my hamsters? If so, how do i get rid of them (assuming they come from spays?)
