Help with dentist who are more affordable on implants.

I have been struggling for years with my teeth, I am constantly in pain I had no insurance for years because I couldn’t afford it. I got insurance about a year back and now I’m trying to do everything I missed out on in those 8 years and my teeth are my big problem. I went to the dentist and he sent me to a surgeon, the surgeon says the top arch can’t be saved and the bottom one isn’t much better. I have lots of missing or broken teeth throughout. The surgeons treatment plan is all on 6 zygomatic implants for the top and all on 6 regular implants on the bottom cost for this is almost $60,000 I have 4 jobs one of them being within an air force base. that has cut my hours since shutdown and still haven’t been able to get them back. I am doing everything I can but I just can’t fork out almost 60,000$ does anyone have any suggestions on more cost effective places that do it ? I am willing to travel if need be I just need some help finding a place that may be a little cheaper considering I have insurance and they are only cover like less than 1,000of the procedure. Thanks
