How do I book a cancellable flight ticket on HSBC’s hopper portal?

Has anyone here booked flights through the HSBC travel portal?

I heard they offer tickets that are 100% refundable if cancelled at least 3 hours before departure, but I don’t see any option to enable this while booking. Is this included by default, or do we need to select something specific?

Also, I’m new to the portal and trying to understand how it works. I’ve noticed flights seem a bit more expensive here, but they mention a price match of up to ₹1,500. Has anyone successfully claimed this? What’s the process like?
