Which is best way to gen realistic images of sorts?

So, I want to generate like a few images, preferably of cosplays right for promoting something, I don't rlly wanna pay ppl to cosplay or smt since its pretty mch starting and I don't have mch budget. Is there a way to generate images that are somewhat realistic locally or even some paid service. I had been in Ai since during start of stable diff but later on with flux, wan ,etc i just kinda got confused af but since I need it now whats best way to generate an image? I would prefer if its locally of sorts. I will edit the object in it or just train model to put the product in the image. I need basic selfies without faces(for deepfake rsns just in case face is similar to someone){MIRROR SELFIES}.

TLDR: BEST WAY TO GEN IMAGES THAT ARE SOME WHAT REALISTIC. Doesn't need to have mch shi in background just plain white room would do.
