Congratulations to all the winners! Jennie taking home both awards in the K-Pop category is very impressive. Lee Chanhyuk really dominated, winning both of his nominations in the Best Pop Song and Best Pop Album categories, on top of taking Song of the Year.

Honorable mention to NMIXX. Gotta feel for them. They had five total nominations but didn’t end up winning an award. Still, they put out one of the most critically acclaimed K-Pop songs and albums last year, both domestically and internationally. I think they had a very good shot at winning Best K-Pop Album, but it seems that having both Blue Valentine and Fe304: FORWARD nominated may have worked against them, with the votes being split between two entries instead of being consolidated into one.

Well, there you have it! You can check the full list of winners and nominees here. What are you thoughts on the results?
