Power armour glitch

Hey i was just wondering if anyone else had a problem with this and how to fix it.

i was fast travelling from nuka world to the commonwealth and as i left the station into the commonwealth my power armour disappeared off me but still appears on the map?

Loading a pre-save isn’t an option sadly bc i forgot to save a few hours like a dummy.
