Tie PVC into existing corrugated pipe

Is there a way to connect a new 4” pvc pipe into an existing 6” corrugated storm drain pipe that won’t result in the corrugated pipe failing? The corrugated is obviously fully buried so cutting the pipe and properly connecting a Y fitting isn’t possible ?

Like.. do I just cut a 4” hole into the pipe and run the pvc into it? There has to be a better way
