Help me out

So i am thinking of switching from iphone 14 pro to samsung galaxy. I was waiting for s26 ultra launch. So the thing is, where I am based, s26 ultra is 40% more expensive than s25 ultra (same storage sizes). So which one should i go for? I held a friend's s25 ultra, I found it a bit too much of a screen size in my hand (probably bcz i have been using 14 pro since it was launched). I really wish regular s26 got the same goodies that s26 ultra got

Help me make a decision.

TIA
