I bought a subscription through google play and it wont connect to the app that I bought the subscription for.

I renewed my Apple Music Through google play and it still wont show that I bought it, im signed into the right account, I tried clearing the cache and data of both apps, resetting my phone, requesting a refund which they wont get back to me on, I bought it yesterday and my card said that the subscription was pending but Gmail sent me something saying its confirmed I bought the subscription, in the app it says "Open this app to confirm your plan before Feb 28, 2026. Unconfirmed plans will be automatically canceled" what do I do?
