My Account Got Hacked ( got phished from a link ) then that hacker created a App from my account , posted NSFW Clips which lead my account to be Disabled

So few days ago i clicked a link to join a server and thats it my account got compromised , my session token was with them and my all passwords were stored in my private server including discord's so from their they created a APP from which they shared multiple nsfw videos and child shit too which i came to know after 4-6 days and from my end i tried deleting all of the things but after a week discord mailed me about this thing

So here i am trying and requesting to Reactivate my account as it has many important data including my personal notes, images , videos etc..
