Why does boris jhonson not get the hate he deserves?

Everyone is hating on starmer that net immigration is at 300k while during boris jhonson time migration went up to 1.2 million and that was non-european migrants mainly from india, Pakistan and Nigeria and during 2021-2024 more than 4.5 million people migrated to the UK know as the boris wave and they now are on path to get permanent settlement and the funny thing is that the average boris wave earns less than 28K which is below the average brit, which also means that they will get on welfare at some point so why is boris not hated enough for this?
