Finding this artist?

First post here, sorry. This was an art piece about valentines(?), it had a controversy about it being 'hard to understand' since you couldnt read the words well - but that was the whole point, as the artworks message was about how blurry a relationship can be, the sentence could be read in many ways. Trying to find this artist, super rough sketch but i want to take inspiration from them and i cant find the art anywhere. Any ideas?
