Nervous about driving + seeing family

How do I get over the fear of having a panic attack while driving? I just feel so overwhelmed. It’s not being on the road that scares me (I’ve driven a lot in 10 years) but having a panic attack while driving since my vision gets blurry and I feel like I’m going to pass out. It happened a few weeks ago when I was driving back from seeing them and I had to pull over then turn around and spend the night with them.

I’ve promised my family that I’m going to see them today and I’m just super anxious about it. They know I’ve been having a rough time but my dad and grandparents don’t know that I’ve had to quit my job or withdraw from classes and those are going to be two things they ask me about first.

I just got two new jobs, but I just can’t get over the fear of disappointing them.
