Doubt about lateral bars

Hi, I’m looking for a new browser that suits me. I’m currently trying out Brave and Vivaldi. I’ve been going through all the settings, and I’d like to remove Vivaldi’s toolbar—or at least make it take up as little space as possible. I’d also like the vertical tabs to expand when I hover over the left sidebar, but I can’t seem to find that option. I think my version is 7.8.93925
