Normal human stuff or ..?Altered sensation/'numb-ish' in shoulders, lower belly, buttocks, pelvis, and behind thighs, and NECK??

I really have no idea if this is a normal human thing, a chronic illness thing, or a 'me' thing. Anyone else dealing with this?

It's weird because I think I've had it for so long, I have a hard time even registering it during the day. But at night when I often sleep naked, checking is easy.

It is alarming how not all sensation returns to an affected area even hours after my position changes to alleviate pressure. Some parts stay the exact same amount of numb-ish.

Even now lying in bed for an hour after waking up, parts of my lower stomach and pelvis are numb. One shoulder is slowly becoming less numb after lying on it for hours, but the other is quickly catching up since I shifted my weight.

Admittedly I spend most of my day laying or sitting down, but what else am I supposed to do when I also have severe POTS?

Ugh, I feel pretty dumb for not catching this earlier. This extends down to half of my privates ffs. Those never really go fully 'un-numb'.

Is this even atypical? And if it isn't, who do you go to about it?

**TL;DR**: *Numb-ish areas scattered across body due to sleep positions. None of which alleviate fully after removing the pressure to said area. Likely a result of chronically ill sedentary lifestyle. Is this apart of normal life for everybody, or just for us? What Dr would deal with this?*

*ANY tips to alleviate this while I wait to see my PT & Dr would be awesome. Thank you for your time*
