Relapse after 4 months

Heavy smoker nearly 15 years. I’m 100% aware of my addiction and thought FINALLY I’m clean but then I got snowed in and revolted back to my old way. I’ve smoked every day for 6 days now. I blame the weather but I need to get this under control again. F***
