Turning 40 in April, getting divorced, home owner, supply teacher who dips into higher tax bracket - is it worth opening a LISA?

As I tried to cram into the title there’s quite a bit going on.

I already own a home so can’t use a LISA for that, but I could make use of the 25% extra every year until 50. I am in a position where I can pay in £4k per year for the next ten years. However with getting divorced, I don’t want to put the money in straight away whilst the divorce is being finalised (my wife hasn’t filed yet), I’d sooner have money come from an easy access saver than the LISA.

In addition, I work a really unique teaching job. I’m paid at an M6 level, but I work above the 1265 hours a year. I appreciate pension contributions bring it down, but I am likely to still be over £50k. Is it worth buying additional pension amounts through the TPS?
