Distance from screws around purge hole to base of printer (AD5X)

I have a .STEP model of the Flashforge AD5X, but it doesn't have any of the main panels included. (it came from the Wiki). It only has the frame. I'm trying to get a measurement from the two screws circled in red to the surface the printer would sit on.
