Beginner to gaming - What's the best console? Xbox X/ PS-5/ PC

I am a working young adult who finally has access to adult money to buy a console for proper gaming. I would play (non-competitive) games during my leisure time in the evenings and weekends. My budget is 400 (Euros) max. I hope this community helps me decide based on the above context. All suggestions and questions are welcome.
