I had recently relapsed back into a bad habit of mine of trying to overdose whenever shit went bad for me.

I am concerned regarding my health (i know it’s not ideal because of what i did), i had taken 10x Metformin HCI 1000mg during the second week of Feb and when i took those pills, my feces liquidated, i threw up, got a sore throat, got sick, and had a light period? also it was brownish not much red and lasted for 3-4 days (i’m irregular). And no i was not hospitalized.

Now, the present where i’m concerned. I’ve been randomly getting nosebleeds due to stress and i’m wondering if that’s normal? Also sometimes my nose mucus has black spots and i’m just curious on what could be happening to me.
