BC BR Coilovers Corrosion

Hey Guys,

Just got my Giulietta back from the MOT with two advisories, both rear coil springs are corroded…

I bought my BC BR Series Coilovers in September 2024 (year and a half ago) and they’ve been great but can’t quite believe they’re already showing as an advisory!

Anyone had a similar experience? And any tips to stop them corroding more / if I replace what steps can I take to prevent.

Annoyingly warranty is 1 year and won’t cover wear and tear so the fix is spending just under £100 for two replacement springs

Other than that they have been great. I don’t do masses of driving anymore (5k miles a year roughly since putting them on)
