Will this ever get better?

7 months post tear, been referred to ortho finally (NHS lol), I’ve got a cyst developing too.

I’m in pain constantly, waiting for a call with my GP today to discuss some short term pain relief.

It’s been suggested I go for steroid injections to relieve the inflammation as I’m keen to avoid surgery.

I’m so tired of being in pain :(
