To the Devs!!!

How is it possible, that me as a 3,6 kd infantry player, cant kill a 1.0 kd lvl 20 player? Is it possible that there is some kind of noob compensaton? Skill based damage like in COD? Do I get double damage? It feels like my shots are not registering and the enemy kills me instantly. It feels like I am playing against the top 1% of best aimers of the world. If someone sees me, im dead. Why do the console players have to have cheat? They have less recoil, auto aim, and no delay on the f*cking aim assist. Why do I always have to die against 50 yo corner campers, whose reflexes are like my grannys, but still they insta kill me??? Is everyone cheating? Does everyone have aim assist? WHAT THE F*CKING HELL IS HAPPENING IN THIS GAME??? Im not even talking about the f*cking claymores that are invisible, or the f*cking AT mines that are invisible and can 2 hit you. The EOD bot mine is like a tiny rock on the ground and it can insta kill you. WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK??? Does DICE even have testers? Is DICE even playing their own game? And the two f*cking New York maps... All those f*cking annoying roof and window exploits man!!!! CANT YOU F*CKING SEE THAT IT RUINS THE GAME???? F*ck you DICE.
