got permanent banned for no reason, trash community support from embark!
i need help desperately as i got banned for no reason i have spent alot of money on this account i have been playing both the finals and Arc raiders since the first week of there launches i have spent bout 100 usd on your company.
yesterday i got banned for literally no reason i have absolutely no idea how and why this happened but if i don't get my account back, i know i'll never support a game company again by giving money certainly not your company.
im just very disappointed how this can happen without any warnings no respect for your customers. please reach out to me with a fix as soon as possible, I won't stop until I recover my account.

tried tagging on twitter too, no response
tried Eggmail bot on discord too, doesn't work. They just sent this response and won't let me remake a thread again. The bot's broken
