How to sort?

Hey I now have 100 different colour spare crystals and I currently have them in containers separate but is it worth continuing this way the more colours I get or will it be too much and I should start doing them in bags?

How do you guys keep your spares?

I did debate not keeping them but it makes me feel better knowing if I run out for a set I'm working on or even if I decorate something and knowing I do have the colours :)
