What Do You Personally Consider “Hung”?

I’ve always considered myself pretty average, but over the years I’ve heard otherwise, both from exes and even a few strangers who’ve seen me nude (mostly in nudist settings). It surprised me because I never thought of myself as standing out in that way.

It got me thinking about how different people define “hung.” Is it strictly a measurement thing? Is it more about proportions and girth? Is it how it looks compared to average in real life versus what we’re used to seeing online?

For context, I’m not fishing for validation. I’m genuinely curious how people here define the term. What length and/or girth crosses the line from average to “big” or “hung” in your opinion? And do you think most guys underestimate or overestimate themselves?

Would be interesting to hear different perspectives and experiences. I’m sure a lot of us have questioned where we actually stand at some point.
