All I wanted to post was that we should have less rice and carb rich diet since people with ea and sea genes tend to have weaker bone structure and recessed maxilla. And carb rich diet / soft foods won't help the case. I'm getting warned by reddit over that while mfs are posting straight up hate😭😭😭😭
