Pc noob need advice please

I've never owned a gaming pc and I think I'm ready to try out a few games.

Im 41. I've owned many consoles

Nes snes n64 gamecube and currently the switch.

Ps 1 2 and 4? 4 was a gift. I'm in the Xbox camp.

The games that have me interested in getting a pc are... Fallout 4 vr (I have meta quest 3s) RDR2 vr GTA5 for the mods
