Question about fluoxetine + tinnitus?

I was given 10mg fluoxetine last year for anxiety but quit after a week because i started feeling out of love with my girlfriend at the time. That ended, and i realized how much my severe ocd affected me so i got back on it a month ago using my 7 leftover pills at the same dose and have been raised to 20mg since. I got tinnitus from claritin and a few years later it was spiked by allegra but went back to baseline after i quit taking it. When the claritin related t first started as well as allegra i was terribly depressed and constantly anxious if itd go away. I couldnt bare it becoming permanently worse from fluoxetine. I hear constant cases of it causing or worsening tinnitus and not going back to baseline and my dose is supposed to go up to 60-80mg given its for ocd. Is it worth the risk or should i try to live out the ocd? I got terrible anxiety inducing rumination from the ocd and it was hard to live with, i dont know if flyuocetine makes your ears sensitive and causes noise related hearing loss easier or damages the ears directly, can anybody who got it from fluoxetine confirm if they were exposed to loud noises on it? Im just lost and dont want to risk my lifelong wellbeing
