took a 25mg gummy for the first time now i feel awful

hi there, so not even like 14 hours ago i took a 25mg gummy for the first time in my life; and had an exte bad experience. i basically panicked the whole night and felt incredibly nauseous and weird (ended up puking). it’s supposed to last for 6-8 hours but i still floaty and weird currently; how do i make this feeling leave faster?
