Hole appearing on top of shoe

Hey guys,

So i have now gone through two pairs of the flow runners with a hole appearing on the left shoe in basically the same spot twice. Thankfully both were within the 6 month warranty window, so i have been able to return.

It seems like it's an issue with my toe rubbing into the mesh frequently that's causing it. They fit good at the current size, so i feel like if i tried to go down in size it might be too small, but otherwise it will likely just happen again. Anyone else experience anything similar?
