Linking problem at FirstBank of Colorado

Is anybody else, who banks at FirstBank of Colorado, having issues connecting accounts? This has been going on since November and technical support can seem to help me. I can't seem to get it. Nobody knows what's going on and they say it should be working right.

So just curious if anyone else has this problem?
