How dangerous is surgery & imaging in Tijuana

I 21F had surgery in Tijuana, Mexico as a young stupid teenager with a raging eating disorder. I had a gastric sleeve done at a private clinic. We had pre and post op x-rays and fluoroscopy with contrast to check for leaks and i’m worrying i got blasted with radiation. They haven’t sent my medical records after over a year of trying to get them which is apparently common with medical tourism, but i’m just wondering if this fear is warranted or irrational?
