Sudden allergy symptom flare up

Suddenly few days ago I my nose was ticklish even tho theres nothing inside. Similar to hay-fever symptoms. I was sneezing all day. Yesterday was the worst, sneezing non stop.

Today its calmed down but I did sneeze a bit but not much, my nose is still tickling. I feel a weird pressure in my forehead and upper nose. Almost like a idk how to explain it but like a weird pressure. like a very nauseous sickly pressure in the forehead but not feeling sick. Best way I can explain it, is imagine holding your breath for so long and u build the pressure in ur face. Its that but in my forehead and upper nose near forehead.

I cant even focus on anything and I feel super anxious too weirdly. what can I do?
