Exporting removes filename and replaces with folder name.mp4?

I've had an issue for a couple months now where my videos aren't exporting to the correct place. Trying to save to my "03. Exports" folder results in the filename changing to "03.mp4" and saved in the folder one place up in the directory. I've tried double-clicking every folder as I've read that can help, but no luck. I'm fully updated to 2026. Thanks
