Would a 3.9 NM Direct drive wheel feel better than a 5NM beltfed.

I am researching the best wheel for me (buying my first wheel) I saw the T-300 RS GT and the Moza R3 and thought that question. Also as a first time buyer, how important is high forceback in a wheel? Is there a point where it no longer makes a difference?
