Anything similar to Reggie and the Full Effect through the past 20 years?

I usually play my sing a long music on road trips and my 7 year old son has gotten heavy into Reggie, like daily listens. Has anything even close been produced since then? He likes the softer keyboard over something like The Anniversary. Im 46 and havent expanded a music palate but am pretty broad in taste.

Its a unique blend of sounds throughout the albums but there's gotta be something out there that touches that space.
