Ali’s Food Truck

Curious if anyone remembers Ali’s food truck that use to operate in downtown Hoboken near the path prior to 2020. The truck was light blue and they had one of the best breakfast sandwiches in town. The owner was so sweet and always remembered my order even though I wasn’t a super regular.

He popped up in my thoughts recently and was wondering if anyone had any information on what happened to him and his truck?
