An Evelynn build I don't remember

A few years ago I found a YouTube video where someone showed a jungle Evelynn build where you basically become a movespeed tank while maxing w first to just perma gank and farm assists. It was really fun but I don't remember the build and I cant find the video. Does anyone know the video or any builds that achieve something similar?
