ISO whole grain bread

Hii everyone does anyone know a local baker / bakery that sells whole grain bread in the UWS? I just got diagnosed with cushings and need to change my diet and can’t travel too far right now to go downtown. Would love any and all recommendations. TIA! 🙌🏽 willing to travel to the low 60s to high 90s.
