False positive fitgirl repack?

Sorry if this seems retarded i just wanted to make sure, downloading AC black flag from fitgirl and i noticed avast flagged something as virus.ramnit and malwarebyte didnt (which i consider superior to avast). i just wanted to be sure this is a false positive from avast.
