Hotel night audit errors keep showing up even after we "fixed" everything

Night audit is supposed to catch discrepancies but our system has this ongoing issue where it flags stuff as errors that aren't actually errors, so you end up spending 30 minutes investigating phantom problems. Last night it flagged 8 rooms as having check-in dates in the future even though all the guests were already in their rooms, been here for days actually. Had to manually clear each one individually cause the system thought they were mistake entries or something. Talked to support three times about this, they keep saying it's fixed, it's never actually fixed. Makes night audit take way longer than it should and staff doesn't trust the error reports anymore cause half of them are false positives.
