I 17F IS GOING THROUGH SOMETHING WITH 17F

I am a 17F and not a very likeable person but I am very particular about the things I say to others and today's one of girls 17F of my school posted a story asking people anonymously to give her some tea and two of the anonymous tea one about me in first one it was I used to date a senior and her reply was that's her consequences of hating me second was to our confession about me confession to a guy and she said in her story that is she is stupid or what that guy will never like her have you even scene her face and you seeing the guys girlfriend face she is not even at the level of her shoe .

should I confront her ?
