ULPT Request. What to do with totaled car/getting a new one

Totaled my 99, front smashed in, doesn't start, airbags deployed, it sucks but I needed to get a new car anyway, any ideas on what to do with this, it was unreported, nobody else involved and no property damage, I dont want my insurance to know so rates and all that dont change

Also bonus request any tips on buying a new car to get a better deal?
