i've been put into a rank way higher than i am and don't really know what to do

before the rank changes i was a chud arcanist player and now the game has put me into low oracle, the people that i am playing against are infinitely better than i am and i am losing every game

what is even the solution here? do i just keep queuing and griefing my teammates games until i get to my actual rank?
