Cant get into my account

I have just been rehired at maccas in aus and I have been trying to get into my account for the first time and at first it said about 30 times that my username or password was wrong when it I had just down the password reset but now it keeps saying i cant sign in because my account doesn’t exist. Can anyone tell me like what I’m meant to do?
