Is it common our mothers have better skin than us despite we doing all the skincare and moms doesnt even use a moisturiser😭

Like i use all the expensive skincare and my skin loooks dull or very norml and my mom who uses soap everyday to wash the face,have never used moisturiser in her whole life(forget the serums),so how her skin is flawless in even 50’s-no wrinkles,no dark spot’s literrly nothing 😭

Like i use expensive facewash ,serums ,exfoliate once a week,alwys sunscreen when i go out and she does none of this,even she sleeps with makeup on face .

So whts wrong am i doing
